We're about a week into mixing the album and there's a little over half of the tracks finished. I've been heading to Rye every day to mix with Ido Zmishlany and Yaron Fuchs, and I have to say, this is the best mixing experience I've ever had. Quite frankly, mixing can be a downright boring process, fine tuning every little drum kick and lining up every last guitar track, but as I'm understanding more about all the mumbo-jumbo on the computer screen, I'm taking part in the whole thing a lot more too.
